"The shirt was great as usual. However, it is increasingly difficult to find my preferred fit, which is ‘classic’. Please bring out more designs in a classic fit. Finally, although the shirt was great the delivery process was terrible. It was delivered late and the delivery date was changed at least twice if not three times. Very inconvenient."
